Standex Electronics is a worldwide market leader in the design, development and manufacture of standard reed switch-based sensor solutions and custom electro-magnetic components, including magnetics products. Standex's Hydraulics business segment, known as Custom Hoists, is a leading manufacturer of mobile hydraulic cylinders including single- and double-acting telescopic cylinders and piston rod cylinders. Custom Hoists is a global supplier of hydraulic cylinders to manufacturers of trucks and trailers along with airline support, mining and farm equipment. The Hydraulic Group headquarters is based in Haynesville, Ohio with two manufacturing facilities and five warehouse locations strategically located in Germany, Portugal and China.
The Engineering Technology Group (ETG) applies innovative metal forming technologies to manufacture cost-effective, single source solutions for customers in the diversified markets of aviation, defense, energy, medical and space systems. ETG provides turnkey solutions with alternative manufacturing approaches and on-site technical and design assistance. The Engineering Technologies Group (ETG) consists of five Spincraft plants within the U.S. and UK, and the Enginetics business in Ohio.
